Which SETA Accreditation do ECD Training Providers Require?

ETDP SETA accreditation is needed to be achieved by ECD training providers.

What Resources Do You Require For An Accreditation Application?

You will require the following:
  1. Quality Management System (QMS): A set of policies and procedures to manage the successful implementation of each qualification or learning programme you wish to offer the market.
  2. Learning Materials: You must submit quality learning material for each programme you wish to offer. Learning material includes manuals for learners, facilitators, assessors and moderators.
  3. Registered ETDP SETA Training Team: ETDPSETA registered facilitators and moderators are required for each qualification you will offer. You must attach contracts, CV's, ID and proof of credentials.
  4. Business Documents: You must submit all standard business documents such as a valid tax clearance, proof of business registration, accountant report, proof of bank account and your physical address.

How Long does The Accreditation Process Take?

It takes us 3-8 weeks to compile your accreditation documents.
Once your application is submitted, it usually takes up to 3 months for the SETA to process the accreditation submission and respond.
